To celebrate World Anatomy Day, our international competition returns for 2026/27. Led by Dr Ourania Varsou at the University of Glasgow, the competition is delighted to welcome Primal Pictures Anatomy.tv as its partner for 2026/27.
Open to undergraduate students worldwide, the theme invites you to explore movement, function and living anatomy or interpret anatomy as a moving and evolving field in your own creative way. Prizes for 2026/27 🥇 First Prize £100 | 🥈 Second Prize £50 Submission Deadline: 18 December 2026 |

Organising Committee
For 2026/27, the competition is supported by a newly convened interdisciplinary committee, bringing together returning and new members with expertise across human anatomy, physiology, biology, medical and life sciences education, creative practice, public engagement and inclusive education.
