Anatomical Society International Undergraduate Anatomy Arts & Crafts Competition
About the Competition
First launched in 2023 under the name Glasgow Anatomy Arts and Crafts Undergraduate Student Competition, this initiative was created to celebrate World Anatomy Day. The competition was open to undergraduate students from anywhere in the world, providing them with an opportunity to engage with human anatomy through creativity and artistic expression.
Building on the success of its inaugural year, this initiative was rebranded in 2024 as the Anatomical Society International Undergraduate Anatomy Arts and Crafts Competition. This change reflected the project’s growing global reach and, most importantly, marked a significant milestone through the formal partnership between the University of Glasgow Anatomy Facility with the Anatomical Society.
Why Take Part?
The winner will receive a one-year free membership with The Anatomical Society, along with £100 cash prize.
The runner-up will receive a £50 cash prize.
The top three entries will have their work printed on canvas and showcased at the University of Glasgow Museum of Anatomy.
All submitted work will be featured in a virtual exhibition hosted on this website.
Don't miss this incredible opportunity to showcase your artistic talents and engage with the intersection of anatomy and art!
